The venue has particularly good setting in Old Town district just next door to Bilbao, downtown, and other areas. The staff are competent, they helped with directions. The restaurant food is great, and the breakfast offered is incredibly nice with all the spain food and tapas, for instance.

I loved the location near the old town. It made exploring the city super easy. Clean and modern room with a decent size. Finding parking was tricky since the spots were limited, and the fitness amenities offered were quite basic. The staff was very accommodating, helping me out with my questions. On the downside, the noise from the street was noticeable at night, hard to sleep.

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and big. Simple but good breakfast. Great location, the tram station to go to the Guggenheim is just around the corner and you can reach the old city in 3 minutos on foot. The parking is small but it's free, we were lucky to find a spot when we arrived and we lived the car there the whole stay. It is better and easier to visit the city on foot and by tram 'cause the traffic is very complicated.

We loved exploring the nearby old town and visiting the famous Guggenheim Museum. The spacious triple room was just right for our family, and the staff was very accommodating . Unay in reception really stood out with his fantastic service.
For dads, it would be great if parking could be more accessible.

The staff was friendly enough. Our room was very clean.
This is not a hotel, it is a hostel. There is no air-conditioning. There is construction occurring right next to the hotel. If you open the windows, along with the daytime construction, this is a very noisy location. There are legitimate hotels that can match or come close to the price of this location. Any descriptive information provided by Sirimiri is an exageration at best. It is close tonOld Town. It is near public transit and a cab stand. Within moments of arriving the desk clerk warned us not to stray off the tourist area as the neighborhoods were not safe.

Very helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms (especially the big bright new bathroom). Comfy beds - lots of heating! Free parking, free wifi, new TV, just a short walk to some great bars and shops and the Guggenheim museum. Quite hard to find (longitude and latitude co-ordinates given on Booked.net are WRONG).... Bilbao centre is just a stroll away, but the street is quiet for a city centre hotel and the owners have tried very hard to make a very old building very comfortable. Breakfast only 4 euros, gymnasium and sauna are free. A very nice place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom worked perfectly, and I liked the modern vibe it had. But, I could hear street noise from my room, a bit annoying at night. Getting parked was tricky since the spots were really limited. All in all, it was solid.

Easy parking near hotel, room, not far to shops and restaurants.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to the standards of previous stays at this hotel.

great location, just a short walk to the old town, or an even shorter walk to the tram station.
the hotel car park was full when we arrived and the receptionist told us to find parking on the street somewhere, there was nothing he could do about it. this was very difficult as the streets are chokablock, it took us about 20 minutes to find somwhere which was a good 500m away up the hill at the back. they did make up for it the next day though by letting us park at the hotel while we visited the museum.
